Joe Perry serves as the Vice President of Real Estate & Development at Port KC, leading initiatives to enhance the local economy through various projects. With over 30 years of experience, Joe also operates as a Sales Executive for Chartwell Realty LLC, providing expertise in commercial and residential real estate in Missouri and Kansas. Additionally, Joe is the owner of Artisan Design + Development, focusing on revitalizing properties in the community. Previous roles include Commercial Director at Gale Communities, Inc., Project Director for the City of Kansas City, and Project Manager at HNTB. Joe holds a BSBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Missouri and a B Arch in Architecture and Urban Design from The University of Kansas.
