Robert S Russo has over 20 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, currently serving as the WMS Implementation Manager at Port Jersey Logistics since August 2012. In this role, Robert leads implementation teams for new warehouse management systems and serves as a vital liaison between operations and IT. Previously, Robert held positions as Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor at the same company, where responsibilities included managing personnel, analyzing operational inefficiencies, ensuring compliance with policies, and conducting safety meetings. Additionally, Robert began their career as a Shipping Coordinator, focusing on maintaining workflow and scheduling appointments with customers and carriers.
