Delwynn Freeman, SPHR, currently serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer for Broward County Government, a position held since October 2013, and has previously held roles such as Assistant Compensation Manager and Human Resources Generalist within the same organization. In addition to this role, Delwynn Freeman is the VP of Programs for the Total Rewards Association of South Florida since April 2022. Prior experience includes managerial positions at JC Penney from April 2011 to May 2013 and various leadership roles at Florida State University between January 2008 and December 2010. Delwynn Freeman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Florida State University, completing the program in 2011.
