Raymond J. Santarelli has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for both the Delaware River Port Authority and the Port Authority Transit Corporation since July 2015. Additionally, Raymond serves as a Senior Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, having held various roles on the committee since 2010. Former positions include Solicitor for multiple boroughs in Pennsylvania and Attorney/Shareholder at Elliott Greenleaf, P.C. Raymond has a Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School and a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University.
