Austin Schell has a diverse work experience in various industries. Austin is currently the Chief Executive Officer at PORT 32 Marinas, a prominent owner and operator of marina assets. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Manolin Investment Group and served as a Board Member at Wildlands Engineering, Inc. Austin also held the role of COO at Modern Fertility before the company was acquired. Previously, Austin was the President, Fleet Division at XO, a leading private aviation services provider. Austin also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Wildlands, Inc., a restoration firm, and as an Associate at Parthenon Capital, a private equity investment firm. Austin began their career as an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank.

Austin Schell attended the University of Virginia from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with Distinction in Economics and Spanish.
