Nina-Maria Witt is a highly experienced professional in the fields of Lean Management and project improvement, currently serving as Senior LEAN Managerin at PORR Deutschland since January 2024. Prior roles include Lean Manager at pde Integrale Planung and Project Improvement Manager at STRABAG, where Nina-Maria specialized in Lean Design, Lean Construction, and collaborative planning. With significant expertise in independent site and project management, Nina-Maria has overseen substantial projects, including the construction of 22 townhouses valued at 4 million euros.
