Geoff Hayward is an experienced professional in community engagement, communications, and governance, currently serving as a Councillor for Porirua City Council since October 2019. Previous roles include Communications Manager at PGF Group from March 2022 to March 2024, and Community Engagement and Communications Advisor at New Zealand Parliament from April 2018 to November 2020. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Kaimahi at Te Ohaakii A Hine, Operations Assistant at Generosity New Zealand, and Kaiwhakahaere with the New Zealand Labour Party. Notably, Geoff Hayward also provided support in roles at New Zealand Parliament from 2008 to 2012. Academically, Geoff Hayward holds a Graduate Diploma of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington, a Master of Science in Molecular Biology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from The University of Waikato.
