Or Poria is the CEO and Founder of Poria Financial Planning, a prominent wealth management firm in Israel established in 2019, specializing in strategic financial planning and portfolio optimization for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. From 2013 to 2018, Or Poria served as Chief Investment Officer at Poria Finance Holdings - Ariel Hedge Fund, overseeing customer relations and fund operations. Between 2010 and 2013, Or Poria was the President of the IFC Investment Club at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, shaping the club's strategy and managing events in the Israeli capital market, in addition to lecturing on various subjects in the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management. Previously, Or Poria worked as a Strategic Consultant at Deloitte in 2012-2013, focusing on operational improvements for leading companies.

Or Poria holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
