Valerie Yin is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Global Head of Consolidation at Porcher Industries since November 2021, responsible for managing group consolidation in accordance with French GAAP and coordinating annual audits. Previous roles include positions at CLARANOVA and SOITEC, where expertise in IFRS consolidations and audit coordination was developed. At Algeco Scotsman, Valerie managed a consolidation and reporting team, implemented HFM, and participated in transitioning from French GAAP to IFRS, further establishing a solid foundation in financial reporting and analysis.
