Karen Philbrick, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Populus Group since September 2015. Previously, Karen held multiple roles at Aerotek from April 2005 to September 2015, including Regional Field Support Manager, where responsibilities included coaching and leadership development for the Payroll and Customer Support teams, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. As Customer Support Supervisor, Karen managed HR functions for about 100 internal employees and over 2,500 contract employees. Karen began the HR career as a Customer Support Associate, overseeing payroll and HR records for approximately 200 contract employees. A graduate of Central Michigan University, Karen holds a B.S. in Psychology.
