Vigneshwaran Thirumeni is a governance expert with extensive experience in analysis and research. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Populus Empowerment Network since November 2022, Vigneshwaran focuses on monitoring and addressing grievances while contributing to constituency development. Prior to this role, Vigneshwaran worked as an Analyst at Peninsular Research Operation and as a Senior Executive at I-PAC, where expertise in campaign development and data analysis was applied. Vigneshwaran began professional experience as a Research Intern at I-PAC, conducting surveys and interviews to inform political analyses. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Information Technology from Jeppiaar Maamallan Engineering College and ongoing postgraduate studies in Corporate Social Responsibility at Indira Gandhi National Open University. Secondary education was completed at Laurel Higher Secondary School in Mathematical Biology.
