Bob Gillcrist is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the architecture and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations Emeritus and Senior Principal at Populous since April 2016, Bob has previously held the role of President at Process Improvement Consulting, where the focus was on enhancing project management processes for design practices. Bob.'s significant tenure at HOK lasted from January 1994 to January 2012 as Senior Vice President and Director of Project Management, during which Bob. managed large-scale sports facility projects. Bob's earlier career includes positions at Torti Gallas and Partners, WZMH Architects, and Pouw & Associates, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Bob also contributed as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors at the University of Tennessee between 2009 and April 2015.
