David Oliveira is a seasoned Project Architect and Job Captain at LPAS Architecture + Design since December 2016, with previous experience at SWA Architects as a CAD/BIM Manager. Beginning a career at RNM Design Inc as a CAD Draftsman in 2005, David has developed expertise in producing working drawings for residential projects, managing the flow of information between consultants and clients, and overseeing submissions for city approvals. Educational qualifications include a BFA in Interior Design from American Intercontinental University and an AS in Architecture from Bakersfield College. David's foundational experience as a Finish Carpenter provided valuable insights into the functionality of interior spaces.
