Messias Alfen Febral has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Messias Alfen started their career at Nusa Tech Studio in 2017 as a Web Developer, where they gained proficiency in PHP, MySQL, Postgres, Nodejs, and Vuejs. During this time, they also learned about VPS, Nginx, and Docker, and applied best practices to optimize website speed using tools like Lighthouse.

In 2018, Messias joined CODEX powered by Telkom Indonesia as a Back End Developer. Here, they utilized JavaScript (Nodejs) to create various products and gained expertise in DevOps practices like using VPS, Docker, and Nginx for load balancing and reverse proxy. In addition, they explored golang as a backend language and implemented clean architecture, dependency injection, gRPC, and message broker (rabbitMQ) in their projects. Messias Alfen also briefly served as the Lead Backend Developer in the organization from August 2021 to October 2021.

In 2020, Messias joined Telkom Indonesia as a Back End Developer, where they worked until April 2023. Here, they further enhanced their skills in back-end development and gained practical experience in creating robust and efficient applications.

In January 2023, Messias joined PT HEALSTATION INDONESIA as a Full Stack Engineer, contributing their expertise in both front-end and back-end development. Currently, they are working at Populix as a Backend Engineer from June 2023.
