Michael Holscher is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in global health and social marketing. Currently serving as Chief Delivery Officer at Population Services International since September 2015, Michael is responsible for the operational, strategic, and fundraising aspects of the PSI Network, focusing on enhancing program delivery in the Global South. Previously, Michael held the role of Chief Strategy and Resources Officer at PSI, where strategic leadership and global fundraising were pivotal. At Marie Stopes International, Michael served as Deputy CEO and Senior Vice President for International Programmes, overseeing operations in over 32 countries with a significant budget and staff. Earlier in the career, roles included Regional Executive Director for Central America at PSI, where Michael led a social marketing network for HIV/AIDS prevention, and Director of INNOVAIDS, establishing HIV prevention programs in Asia. Michael's foundational work includes initiating PSI's first national social marketing program in Eastern Europe and serving as Director of Development at the International Human Rights Law Group.
