Maureen Chege - Ondego has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as an intern at Childcare International, where they were responsible for the children's welfare and the distribution of supplies. MAUREEN also organized games and team building activities.

In 2008, Maureen joined Orange Telkom as a Sales and Marketing Team Leader. MAUREEN later moved to Telkom Kenya-Orange as part of the sales team. In 2009, they became the Sales Regional Manager for Orange Telkom Nairobi South region, where they managed sales operations in a significant business region.

In 2012, Maureen joined Jamii Telecommunications Ltd as a Territory Manager, responsible for their operations in Kenya and other countries. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at KK Security, first as a Product Manager, where they oversaw product development and management cycles, and then as a Relationship Manager for the Coastal Region, focusing on client recruitment and relationship management.

In 2016, Maureen joined Little Cab as the Head of Sales and Marketing. MAUREEN led the marketing agenda for the company and successfully launched the brand, resulting in its growth within the industry.

From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Head of Marketing at MYDAWA, a technology-based service that enables consumers to purchase authentic medicines and health products.

In 2022, Maureen became the VP of Marketing and Partnerships at Zuri Health, a virtual hospital providing healthcare services across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Currently, they hold the position of Acting East Africa Managing Director at Population Services International - VIYA Health Enterprises. In this role, they provide overall leadership for their healthcare business in East Africa, focusing on expanding product range and services to meet consumer needs.

Additionally, Maureen has experience in the digital health space, having worked as the EA Digital Lead at VIYA Health, where they provided access to quality health information and services tailored to women's needs.

Throughout their career, Maureen has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills. MAUREEN has played vital roles in product planning, marketing strategies, and exceeding profit goals in various organizations.

Maureen Chege-Ondego obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration & Management, Marketing, and Logistics from Daystar University. MAUREEN also attended HartnackShule from 2003 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration & Management, Marketing, and Logistics.
