Hilton has worked in various organizations such as Population Services International, Save the Children International, National Foods Limited Zimbabwe, Morwear Industries, and Agrifoods Pvt Ltd. Hilton has held positions such as Director Supply Chain, Supply Chain Director, Business Operations Director, Procurement & Admin Manager, Procurement and Logistics Manager, Procurement Manager, Regional Buyer, and Senior Buyer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning, cost savings, and process improvement. Hilton has been responsible for managing procurement, warehousing, production, transportation, and administration functions, as well as ensuring compliance with donor guidelines and ISO requirements. Hilton's expertise has contributed to successful supply chain operations and improved inventory management in the organizations they have worked for.
Hilton Mazike holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, which was obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Business Studies from the same institution between 2006 and 2007. In addition, Hilton has a certification in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, which was obtained from 2004 to 2006. Hilton also obtained a Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management from Harare Polytech College in 1997-1998. Hilton has further professional certifications including Foundations of Leadership from Training Resources Group USA and Senior Management Development Program and Management Development Program from Save the Children UK in 2011, 2008, and 2007 respectively.
