Benson Amoke, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Benson began their career at Samaki Industries (Nairobi) Limited as an Accounts Assistant, where they handled petty cash, bank reconciliation, and accounts receivables. Benson then worked at Jorie Limited as an Accountant, responsible for posting accounting data and maintaining sales and creditors ledgers. Amoke joined Population Services International (PSI) as an Accountant, managing accounts payables, receivables, and cash. Benson also provided guidance on VAT and withholding taxes. Benson later took on the role of Senior Accountant, overseeing budgetary control, financial statement preparation, and donor project reporting. Amoke then served as an Internal Audit Manager at PSI, conducting internal audits and supervising staff. Benson also worked as a Business Systems Analyst, assisting in the design of the Lawson ERP system and developing training materials. Amoke returned to PSI as the Director of Finance & Administration on a short-term consultancy basis, focusing on cash flow management, financial reporting, and balance sheet clean-up. Most recently, they held the position of Finance, Grants & Contracts Director at PSI, leading the finance and sub-award management teams and ensuring efficient resource management and financial reporting. Amoke has also worked as an Independent Consultant, providing finance consultancy services to various clients and conducting expenditure reviews.

Benson Amoke, CPA has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Certified Public Accountants (CPA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Vision Institute of Professionals in 2005. In 2015, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
