Ayeisha Mesinger

Senior CMF + Graphic Design/Devloper at PopSockets

Ayeisha Mesinger has a diverse work experience in the fields of fashion and design. Ayeisha is currently working at PopSockets as a Senior CMF + Graphic Design/Developer. In this role, they collaborate with the design and engineering teams to create surface designs for PopSockets' hardware products, incorporating their skills in graphic and material/industrial design. Ayeisha joined PopSockets in 2019 as a CMF Design/Developer and has continued to contribute to the company's product development.

Before joining PopSockets, Ayeisha worked as a Contract Designer for Pact in 2018. Ayeisha was responsible for designing children's apparel, maternity apparel, and men's and women's sweaters. Additionally, they created graphics and textile designs using hand sketches and converted them to CAD using Photoshop and Illustrator.

Ayeisha also had their own brand called Morgan Parish LLC, launched in 2010. As the Owner/Designer, they focused on creating accessories that blended classic inspiration with functionality and timelessness. The designs incorporated plush materials and deconstructed silhouettes.

In their earlier career, Ayeisha gained experience as a Freelance Print Designer for Bogs Footwear in 2016. Ayeisha also worked as an Assistant Design/Development for Band of Outsiders from 2009 to 2010 and as an Assistant Designer for Forever 21 from 2007 to 2009. Their early work experience includes being the Head Costume/Wardrobe at Blue House Theater Company in 2006 and the Head Visitors Services at William Morris Endeavor in 2005.

Ayeisha Mesinger's work experience demonstrates their expertise in design, specifically in the fashion and accessories industry. Ayeisha has a strong background in graphic design, material/industrial design, and conceptualizing new product concepts.

Ayeisha Mesinger attended Boston University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History. Following their time at Boston University, they enrolled at FIDM and completed a one-year program in Product Development, earning a Professional Degree in 2007.
