Daniella Dahlbom is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Chief People & Culture Officer at PulPac since August 2021, with a progression from HR Manager to HR Business Partner within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant at Nexer Recruit and Sigma Recruit, where a strong focus on strategic recruitment for IT and digital skills was established. Daniella co-founded and managed operations at Swebake AB while also holding an accounting position at CEVT during its startup phase. Previous recruitment consultancy roles were undertaken at Contaplus Sweden and an HR Business Partner role at Elof Hansson AB, with foundational experience as a Receptionist/Production Assistant at Almondy AB. Daniella holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a major in Psychology from University West.
