Mohales Deis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They are the COO and Founder of Poprouser Inc., where they partner with founders to enhance their HR and People operations. They also serve as the Co-Chief People Officer, Head of Finance, Head of Product, and Senior HR Metrics & People Analyst at Poprouser. Additionally, Mohales is the creator of iNclusiveHR and designs and proctors workshops on talent attraction and inclusive interviews.

In addition to their work at Poprouser, Mohales has held positions at Access NurseCare as a Strategic Advisory Board Member and Director of Strategic Growth & Operations, Consultant. They worked as a Limited External Partner and Head of Finance & Risk Management at ZENITH ART & FASHION.

Mohales has been an active member of the Hacking HR Miami Chapter, contributing to the future of HR and the intersection of HR and technology. They have also served as a Managing Partner, Chief Strategist, and Vision Architect at Entercept Management Group.

Earlier in their career, Mohales worked as COO and Interim CFO at IndieWise, a virtual film festival for indie filmmakers. They also participated in GE Power & Water's Financial Management Program and worked as an Independent Visual Artist.

Before entering the business world, Mohales worked at Miami-Dade County as an Economic Development & International Trade Associate and at Egon Zehnder as a Research Analyst.

Mohales Deis has a diverse education history. They obtained multiple certifications in various fields from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR from 2019 to 2022. These certifications include People Analytics, Digital HR, HR Data Analyst, and HR Analytics Leader. Mohales also completed a BBA degree with a dual major in Management & International Business from the Florida International University - College of Business from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they completed a Pre-MBA program at the Yale School of Management in 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Mohales obtained a Data Analytics certification from BrainStation in May 2023. They also completed several online courses, including Design Thinking & Employee Experience from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in June 2020, Design-Led Strategy: Design thinking for business strategy and entrepreneurship from Coursera in March 2020, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for Leaders and Managers (7 Courses) from Lynda.com in March 2020, Inclusive Leadership from Lynda.com in March 2020, Design Thinking for Innovation from the University of Virginia in January 2020, and People Analytics from Coursera in January 2020. Additionally, Mohales obtained certifications in Agile Meets Design Thinking, Customer Analytics, Hypothesis-Driven Development, Managing an Agile Team, and Running Product Design Sprints from the University of Virginia in November 2018.

In terms of prior education, Mohales obtained an Associate of Arts in Computer Animation, Business Specialist in Management, Human Resources Management, and Marketing Operations from Miami Dade College in May 2009. Before that, they earned an HS Diploma with a specialization in Fine Arts and Film/TV Production from Design & Architecture Senior High School.
