Lani Healey, MSW, LCSW has a varied work experience. From 2013 to 2014 they worked at Sonnenberg Consultants as an ABA Therapist and at BRIA Health Services as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator. From 2014 to 2021 they worked at Rogers Behavioral Health in various roles, including Director of Operations, Leader in Training, Manager of Operations, Social Worker, Therapeutic Specialist, and Mental Health Professional. In 2021, they became the Owner of Flora Lu. In 2022, they began working at Poppy Flowers as a Floral Designer.

Lani Healey, MSW, LCSW obtained their Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 2014 and 2016. Lani obtained their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Marist High School Chicago. In 2016, they obtained their Advanced Practice Social Worker certification from the State of Wisconsin. Lani is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional from the International Association of Trauma Professionals, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the State of Wisconsin.
