Gary Lubrun is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction management. Led projects at Poplar HARCA since August 2007, contributing significantly to community development. Prior to this role, Gary served as a Regeneration & Development Project Manager for the London Borough of Newham from January 2003 to July 2007. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction Management from London South Bank University, completed in 2008.
