Rhamy Alejeal is the CEO of People Processes, a company he owns with his wife Elizabeth, and is dedicated to providing integrated HR processes for businesses across the United States. Prior to that, he worked as a District General Agent and Agency Development Manager at Colonial Life, where he focused on developing sales teams and training new representatives. Additionally, he spent time at State Farm Insurance Agency as an Agent Aspirant, and at Prudential Collins-Maury, Inc. as an Agent Assistant. Rhamy holds an MBA in Business from The University of Memphis, where he also completed his BBA in Financial Economics.
