Sofie Nelson's work experience begins with their role as Head of Comms and PR at Pophouse Entertainment, a values-driven firm focused on creating, acquiring, and developing entertainment brands. Sofie joined the company in August 2022.

Prior to this, Sofie worked at Story Relations as the COO and Senior Communications Adviser from July 2020 to August 2022.

Before joining Story Relations, they served as the Head of PR and Account Director at Animal from January 2019 to July 2020.

From February 2017 to January 2019, Sofie worked as a PR Director at Round & Round, a digital-focused advertising agency with PR capabilities. At Round & Round, they handled marketing PR offers and worked with various brands and clients across different segments.

Sofie's work experience also includes their time at Abby Priest, an integrated agency, where they worked as an Account Director and PR advisor from September 2015 to February 2017. Sofie Nelson completed their Bachelor's course in Communication and Media Studies at Stockholm University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended New York University from 2008 to 2009, where they pursued studies in International Business. In 2007 and 2008, they attended Don Quijote Spanish Language Learning, although the specific field of study or degree received is not mentioned.
