Neil Williamson has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Neil is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen UK, overseeing the brand's entry into the UK market and managing various teams. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Farmstand, responsible for contract catering and retail stores in central London. Neil also served as the UK Operations Director at Krispy Kreme, where they led operations and managed a team of heads of operations and manufacturing. Before that, they worked as a Regional Operations Director and Operations Manager at Krispy Kreme, overseeing operations in the North of the UK and managing a team of over 250 people. Neil's career began at McDonald's, where they worked in various roles, including Operations Consultant and Food & Hygiene & Safety Manager. Neil also served as a Communications Manager at McDonald's Corporation, handling media and PR activities. Throughout their career, Neil has been recognized for their leadership and received awards for exceptional performance and employee satisfaction.
