Mukesh Yadav is an experienced data analytics professional currently serving as a Data Analytics Manager at Ring International Holding AG and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen UK since June 2022. In these roles, Mukesh is responsible for building a data warehouse for the F&B vertical using technologies such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, and Power BI, while also working on full-stack data engineering projects to develop a data lakehouse. Prior to these positions, Mukesh worked as a Power BI Consultant at EDGE, where integration of IoT platforms with Power BI for leadership dashboards was performed, and as a Senior Business Analyst at FIS, focusing on report automation and business process automation. Mukesh began the career at Infoica-Tech Pvt. Ltd. and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from AMITY University Gurgaon.
