Eric Tien has three years of work experience. In 2019, they began working as a Mechanical Design Engineer for Pope Scientific, Inc. Prior to that, they were a Designer for thingsmiths from 2017 to 2019, where they lead projects to deliver prototypes and custom designs for several customer projects. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Student Worker for the Msoe Fluid Power Institute, where they tested hydraulic components for various companies and helped create a new inventory system.

Eric Tien attended Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2014 to 2019.
