Carlif Taylor has extensive experience in coaching and athletic development, currently serving as an Assistant Coach at Eastern Illinois University since February 2024, where focus is on overseeing the Defensive Line and collaborating on strength and conditioning programs. Taylor also coaches the Defensive Line at Pope John XXIII High School while managing Taylormade Fitness as CEO. Prior experience includes working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Chicago, coaching various athletes across all sports, and serving as a Defensive Line Coach for multiple teams, including a stint at the 2020 All American Bowl. Prior professional playing experience includes a career as a Defensive Tackle in the NFL with teams such as the New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys, and Titans. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southern Connecticut State University.
