Philippine Morin is an experienced food project manager currently serving as Chef de Projet Food at Popchef since February 2022, where responsibilities include menu analysis, project follow-up, R&D implementation, and partner sourcing. Previously, Philippine held roles as Chargée de Projet Food and Bras droit responsable food, gaining expertise in food partner management, operational tasks, and customer care. Additional experience includes event hosting and production roles at various companies, alongside a strong educational foundation with a Master in Entrepreneurship from ESSCA and a CAP in Culinary Arts from Lycée Hôtelier Guillaume Tirel.
