Beatriz Lourenço is an accomplished professional in people management with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as Head of People at poolside since June 2023, Beatriz previously held the role of Senior People Manager at Fidel API, where a groundbreaking learning & development program was launched, and a comprehensive performance process overhaul was conducted. At Fidel API, as Talent Manager, Beatriz built the Talent function, contributing to significant growth from 30 to 180 employees while managing HR and recruitment for the EMEA region and remote teams. Prior experience includes Head of People Operations at Awayco, where hiring, people operations, and payroll were key responsibilities, as well as Talent Developer & Team Manager at Landing.jobs, overseeing a team responsible for application evaluations. Beatriz holds a Master's degree in International Development and Cooperation from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and a Bachelor's degree in Intermedia/Multimedia from Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa.
