Russ Welsh currently serves as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager at Explore Industries, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Russ Welsh was the General Manager overseeing operations at Bennington Pool Services, Laguna Interior Finishes, and Liberty Gunite Group from June 2022 to March 2023. Between November 2017 and June 2022, Russ Welsh held multiple titles at POOLCORP, including Northeast Division Sales Manager, Building Material Specialist, and Outside Sales (WW Adcock). Earlier experience includes a position as a Mid Atlantic Sales Representative at Atlantic Sales Connection from October 2013 to November 2017, responsible for managing accounts and generating new business in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Russ Welsh is an alumnus of Penn State University, having attended from 2010 to 2011.
