Blair Turkin has extensive experience in human resources and recruiting, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at POOLCORP since April 2016, with previous roles including Driver Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, and Benefits Administrator. Prior to POOLCORP, Blair held the position of Human Resources and Organizational Development Coordinator at Durr Heavy Construction, LLC from April 2013 to April 2016. Blair started a career in banking at Chase and Capital One, working as a Personal Banker and Relationship Banker respectively. Educationally, Blair earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from Delgado Community College, attended from 2015 to 2017, and studied at Louisiana State University from 2006 to 2007.
