Johnnie Delgado Jr. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and property maintenance. Johnnie currently serves as the Regional Project Manager at National Property Management Associates, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects across multiple locations.

Prior to their current position, Johnnie worked as a CAMT Program Trainer at the National Apartment Association, where they trained individuals on property maintenance and management. Johnnie also served as a CPO Instructor at the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, teaching courses on pool and hot tub maintenance.

Throughout their career, Johnnie has demonstrated their expertise in project management, property maintenance, and training. Johnnie is a certified PMP, CAPS, and CAMT professional.

Johnnie Delgado Jr. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Applied Technology - HVAC from Southern Technical College from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their educational background, Johnnie Delgado Jr. has obtained several certifications. Johnnie is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certified by the Project Management Institute, which they achieved in April 2023. Johnnie also holds certifications in Agile Foundations, Managing Project Stakeholders, Microsoft Project Quick Tips, and various other Project Management Foundations topics, all obtained from LinkedIn in March 2023.

Furthermore, Johnnie Delgado Jr. holds the certification of Procore Certified: Project Manager at Owner (Core Tools), which they received from Procore Technologies in October 2021.
