Yogitha Paladugu is a technology leader and co-founder currently serving as the CTO of Poocho since May 2023, where responsibilities include developing technology strategy, providing technical leadership, and defining architecture aligned with business goals. Prior to this role, Yogitha co-founded 32Crayons and acted as a consulting virtual CPTO for startups. Yogitha's extensive experience includes positions as Engineering Manager at NVIDIA, Senior Software Engineer at Cisco Systems and Hewlett-Packard, and Software Design Engineer at Microsoft. Early career contributions include development work at Qualcomm and Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd. Yogitha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
