Tilo Zimmermann is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of PONTON GmbH, a position held since 2001. Prior to this role, Tilo worked as a Consultant at Ernst & Young Consulting from 1999 to 2000, and as a Systems Analyst and Engineer at Ford Motor Company between 1997 and 1999. Tilo began professional career as an Associate Engineer at IAV GmbH from 1995 to 1996. In terms of education, Tilo obtained a Dipl.-Ing. in Aerospace Technology from Technische Universität Berlin (1990-1996) and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan (1993-1995), supported by a Fulbright Scholarship.
