Additionally, Juan Pablo is a Professor of Business Strategy at Universit脿 di Bologna and has played a pivotal role as the General Organizer of TEDxUCA since 2015, fostering talent development among youth. As the founder of Kinderdult, Juan Pablo promotes playful activities that enhance personal potential. Their educational background includes a PhD in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Cat贸lica Argentina and a Master's in Cognitive Psychology. Juan Pablo has also provided consultancy services and held various teaching positions at multiple prestigious universities.
