Noy Lahav has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. They worked as an Internal Control Coordinator at the Israel Ministry of Public Security from June 2017 to November 2019. Then, they joined EY as an Accounting Intern from January 2020 to August 2021, and later became a Senior at EY from August 2021 to May 2022. Currently, Noy holds the position of Assistant Controller at Pontera, starting from May 2022.

From 2016 to 2018, Noy Lahav pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting at The College of Management Academic Studies.
