Tiina Kautonen currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief People Safety & Culture Officer at Ponsse, where responsibilities include leading the HR function and enhancing employee experience and talent development. Kautonen's role expanded in June 2024 to encompass global oversight of the People, Safety, and Culture organization within Ponsse. Previously, Kautonen held various senior HR roles at KONE from May 2008 to January 2023, including Head of HR for the New Equipment Business Line and the Global Manufacturing Network. Early career experience includes multiple HR positions at Nokia from October 1997 to April 2008.
