Ladislas Manset's work experience begins in 2007 at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking, where they worked as an Analyst in DCM origination. In 2008, they joined AXA Private Equity as an Analyst in the Co-investment fund. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at LD&A Jupiter, first as an Analyst and later as a TMT investment banking Associate. In 2014, they joined Arts et Biens as an Investment Manager, specializing in business services and technology, with a focus on companies with a turnover between €5M and €75M. Finally, in 2020, they became the Co-founder and CEO of Pono Technologies.

Ladislas Manset completed their education in two different institutions. From 2005 to 2009, they attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Management. Later, in 2009, they enrolled in the ESSEC Business School, where they completed an Advanced Masters degree in Financial Techniques.
