Hanna Tverdokhlib has worked in a variety of roles in the media industry. Hanna began their career in 2004 as a Project Coordinator at Uzhhorod Press-club. In 2006, they took on the roles of Lecturer and Executive Director of Media Communications at Uzhhorod National University. Hanna also worked as an Intern at BBC World Service Trust and Reuters in 2007. In 2011, they co-founded and became the Editor-in-Chief of Zaholovok Media Platform. In 2014, they became Creative Director at Flash. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Video Curator at Pond5. Currently, they are a Multimedia Journalist at Voice of America.
Hanna Tverdokhlib's education history includes a PhD Candidate/ABD of Science in Social Communications from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2006 to 2009. In 2001 to 2006, they obtained a Master's degree in Journalism from Uzhhorod National University. In 2020, they completed a Stanford University online Course on Breastfeeding and also attended Los Angeles Skills Academy. Currently, they are enrolled in Long Beach City College.
