Eric Gaudet is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational excellence and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Vice-président exécutif, Excellence Opérationnelle et Stratégie at Pomerleau since September 2023, Eric has a background that includes a tenure as Partner Principal at McKinsey & Company from February 2016 to September 2023 and Chief Business Transformation Officer - Chief Administrative Officer at Camso from November 2013 to January 2016. Earlier roles include Principal Partner at McKinsey & Company from January 2007 to October 2013. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université de Sherbrooke.
