Alexandre Gowett has extensive experience in treasury and finance roles. Alexandre is currently serving as the Vice President and Treasurer at Pomerleau since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Boralex Inc. as the Director of Financing and Treasury from August 2017 to February 2023. Before that, they held various roles at Yellow Pages / Pages Jaunes - Canada, including Treasurer from January 2016 to August 2017 and Senior Manager of Corporate Finance and Treasury from June 2013 to January 2016. Alexandre also served as the Director of Treasury at Alliance Films Inc. from June 2008 to May 2013. Alexandre began their career as a Senior Analyst in Treasury at Pratt & Whitney Canada from 2005 to 2008 and started as an Investment Representative at Disnat in December 2004 before ending their role in June 2005.

Alexandre Gowett received a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a major in Finance from the John Molson School of Business, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Alexandre also obtained certifications in Building Trust and Delivering Employee Feedback from Lynda.com in December 2016. Additionally, they are a Chartered Financial Analyst, obtained from the CFA Institute in 2007.
