Michael Scott, PhD, currently serves as the Associate Director of Supply Chain at POM Wonderful, focusing on supply planning, procurement, forward distribution network, business analytics, and project management since May 2021. Previously, Michael held various strategic roles at The Wonderful Company, including Senior Supply Chain Manager and Manager of Strategy, where significant contributions included developing process management infrastructures, optimizing pricing strategies, and improving production performance. Michael has a robust background in data analysis and experimental execution in nuclear physics as a Graduate Research Assistant at Michigan State University and Central Michigan University, where notable work included thesis analysis and team leadership on complex projects. Michael holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Nuclear Physics from Michigan State University, as well as a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from Central Michigan University.
