Fritz Finne began their work experience in 2014 as an Intern in the Public Affairs Office's Energy/Environment Team at Edelman. In 2016, they joined the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB) as a Desk Officer at the Division for International Urban Development Cooperation & Smart Cities. Fritz later served as a Personal Assistant to State Secretary Gunther Adler in 2017. In 2018, Fritz joined Stiftung OFFSHORE-WINDENERGIE as a Graduate Student Assistant. The same year, they started working at Polyteia as a Project Manager for Municipal Partnerships. Fritz held this position until 2021, when they became the Head of Account Management at the same company. In 2022, Fritz progressed to the role of a Team Lead for Customer Success at Polyteia.
Fritz Finne completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Law from the University of Münster, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Following that, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy (MPP) from the Hertie School. Additionally, Fritz has some education experience in Urban Studies/Affairs, as they were enrolled in the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program at American University, although specific dates for this program were not provided. Finally, Fritz also explored Near and Middle Eastern Studies/Urban Policy at Tel Aviv University, although the details of any degree obtained in this field were not provided.
