Erin Smith, MPS, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Polysciences, Inc., a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Erin worked as a Training Coordinator at Community Options, Inc. from October 2021 to April 2022. Erin's career began in special education at Elwyn, where employment lasted from July 2011 to October 2021. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, earned between 2015 and 2018, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Teaching from Temple University, completed from 2006 to 2008.
