Gautam Biswas is an experienced professional in the packaging industry with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Dy General Manager of R&D at Polyplex Corporation Ltd since January 2009, Gautam specializes in total packaging solutions. Prior to this role, Gautam held significant positions including GM of Innovation at Paharpur (Flexible Packaging) from 2004 to 2009, Manager of Development/Quality at Kavin Care (Group) from 1999 to 2004, and Manager of Innovation/New Development at Orient Press Ltd from 1994 to 1999. Gautam's career began as an Executive in R&D at JM Patel Group from 1993 to 1994. Gautam holds a Post Graduate degree in Packaging Technology from the Indian Institute of Packaging, completed between 1991 and 1993.
