Aziz BELBEGAR has extensive work experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Aziz is currently the Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at PolyPeptide Group since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Production Director at PolyPeptide Group from May 2021 to March 2023. Before joining PolyPeptide Group, Aziz worked at SYNERLAB GROUP as the Production Director from June 2018 to May 2021 and as the Manufacturing Manager from May 2015 to June 2018. Aziz also held the position of Head of Manufacturing at Hahne Cereals from 2009 to 2015 and at Sevenday-Bühler from 2000 to 2009. Aziz started their career at Novartis where they worked as a Qualification/Validation Manager from September 1998 to October 2000.

Aziz BELBEGAR holds a degree in Ingénieur from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Mulhouse, specializing in Technologies des procédés chimique. Aziz also obtained a BTS CIRA degree in Contrôle industriel et regulation automatique/Instrumentation from Lycée Louis Armand - Mulhouse. Their educational background also includes a Baccalauréat scientifique degree in Physique de laboratoires et procédés industriel from the same institution. Aziz BELBEGAR has recently obtained a certification in Black Belt Lean Management from UL6S in 2021.
