Aashish Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of design and product development. Aashish is currently working as the Director of Product Design at Polynomial Protocol since 2022. Previously, they worked at JustWatch as the Head of Design from 2020 to 2022, where they managed multiple products and created a Design System. Aashish also served as a Design Course Instructor at Awwwards from June 2021 to October 2021. Aashish has a strong online presence and has contributed to the design community through their YouTube channel, "DesignwithAashish", from May 2020 to July 2021. Aashish has also been a Content Creator at Million Frames Design Community on Instagram from September 2019 to July 2021.

Before that, Aashish founded Million Frames, an independent design service company, where they worked from August 2019 to July 2021. Aashish offered design solutions to businesses, focusing on brand exposure and UX/UI enhancement. Aashish also worked as a Freelance UX Consultant and Motion Designer during this period.

Prior to that, Aashish worked at Envato as a Digital Products Creator from August 2016 to April 2021. Aashish designed premium after-effects video templates that have been used by numerous design agencies and companies worldwide.

Aashish has also worked at CoWrks as the Lead UI/UX Designer from April 2019 to August 2019, where they led the UI/UX efforts and mentored a team of designers. Aashish served as a Senior UI/UX Designer at Snapdeal for a brief period in 2019, leading the redesign of their e-commerce app.

Earlier in their career, Aashish worked at Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd. (BYJU's) from May 2015 to April 2018. Aashish was the Product Team Lead and led a team of designers in creating educational videos. Aashish also worked as a Motion Designer and filmmaker, handling the Chemistry 10th-12th Class product.

Aashish Kumar completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued their Class 12th education in Computer Science at Christ The King College from 1996 to 2011.
