Claudia Wright has work experience starting in 2019 as a Supply Chain Intern at L&W Group. In this role, they identified cost savings opportunities and analyzed properties and consumption patterns of steel and aluminum coils. Claudia also identified waste patterns and areas of inefficiency in driver operations. In 2020, Claudia joined Polymershapes as an Inside Sales Representative.

Claudia Wright attended Ferris State University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Operations and Supply Management. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications such as the Performance Plastic Level 2 Certificate Program and the Performance Plastics Level 1 Certificate Program from the International Association of Plastics Distribution (IAPD) in 2021. Claudia also received the Excellence in Sales - Inside Sales Certificate Program from IAPD in 2021 and the Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot in 2020.
